We all love fun, but there does have to be some boring bits doesn't there?!
But it is essential to ensure the hired equipment stays in working order and our little guests are safe!

FAQs
How do I book?
When you have decided on the package to suit you, you can enquire to book on our 'packages' page.
How long is the soft play hire?
Upon enquiry we work with you to understand the length of time you require the equipment.
How much space do I need?
The mini package will require at least 20 square metres.
For Middi & Maxi we will require space for tee pees, which measure 120x120 per tee pee.
For Tee pee parties we require 4 metre by 2 metre.
What age do I need to be to use soft play?
Our soft play equipment can be used my mobile children.
We suggest the adult you choose to observe the children are mindful of older children playing with younger children on the soft play equipment to avoid accidents.
Can I have an outdoor set up
Outdoor set ups can be arranged, however please do read our T&C's regarding adverse weather and our equipment being outdoors.
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver throughout Hampshire.
However if your event is out of Hampshire, please do get in touch as we may be able to accommodate this.

Can I collect the soft play for my booking
We do not allow collection for bookings.
A member of Little Guests must deliver and collect the equipment,
This is to ensure our equipment remains in good working order and for insurance purposes.
Can I cancel/ reschedule my booking?
We can accommodate cancelations up to four months before the event, minus the deposit money.
Should you need to reschedule this can be completed with at least four months notice.
